We are a sesquicentennial family farm established in 1863 currently owned and operated by Gene and Beri Dennhardt. For six generations, the Dennhardt family hav e called this land home. We work hard to keep the soil fertile and clean by using traditional organic techniques. We currently raise 30 varieties of squash and pumpkins that we sell in the fall at our pumpkin patch. Chick’s is an apple orchard and berry farm situated on Conchnewagan Lake in Monmouth, Maine. We grow Honeycrisp, Macintosh, Macoun and Cortland apples, as well as pick-your-own pumpkins. Apples and pumpkins are available mid-September through early November. In the fall, our stand has full-service on weekends, and operates on a self-service basis on weekdays. We also offer U-Pick raspberries and blueberries in the summer. We operate on a self-service basis all week for summer berry picking.
